Yes Jean it is a step card, only about the third one I have ever made but saw the idea in the DoCrafts magazine so decided to try it. I don't like the way they are awkward to stand up so I have atached a ribbon between the two lagest parts of the card to stop it collapsing. Love the tulip designs, so delicate.
Ob the Tulip design card at the top the circle is actually very dark red not black, the light was not good for photos today
